Mr. Sanjay Madhukar Karandikar heads the plant operations at Nahar Poly films. A qualified Electrical Engineer, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Shivaji University. Before joining Nahar Poly Films in 2008, he held senior positions across companies like Uflex Limited, Ester Industries. He enriches the company with his 36+ years of experience across equipment selection, project planning & execution and plant operations.
Mr. P.K Vashishth
Head - Finance & Commercials
Mr. P.K Vashishth heads the Finance & Commercials functions for Nahar Poly Films. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and possesses a rich experience of 34 years. He joined the Nahar group in the year 1993 and has been leading the function for Poly Films as well since its inception. He also has a deep understanding of subjects like legal affairs and insurance apart from accounting & taxation.
Mr. Yatendra Singh
Head - Domestic Marketing
Mr. Yatendra Singh heads the Domestic Marketing for the company. He comes with over 20 years of diversified experience in the packaging industry. He is a Management Graduate and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from North Bengal University. He joined Nahar Polyfilms in the year 2020 and has worked with Jindal Poly films, Chiripal Polyfilms, TCPL Packaging, Uflex, Jubilant Organosys & Sakata Inks in his previous assignments.
Mr. Ganesh Narula
Head - Exports Marketing
Mr. Ganesh Narula heads the Exports Marketing for the Company. He comes with over 15 years of experience in exports marketing from the packaging industry. He is a Qualified Management Graduate from IIMM Pune and holds a bachelor’s degree in computers from C.C.S University Meerut. He joined Nahar Polyfilms in the year 2021 and has worked with Max Speciality films, Chiripal Poly films, JBF Rak LLC (Dubai), Arvind Chemical Industry & Ester Industry in the past.
